What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming patients with a warm smile and helping them feel at home
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments for our orthodontic team
- Keeping our scheduling system running like clockwork
- Answering patient inquiries and sharing information about our awesome treatments
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate patient records
What We're Looking For:
- Ideally, 1 year of customer service and front desk experience (preferred, but not required)
- Proficient computer skills to handle scheduling software and patient records
- Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Discretion in handling confidential information
